This is a first…. The Town of Hartland hosts a dinner and dance on their centurion anniversary on the bridge that was built and opened in 1901. Never has this been done before and certain to be one of a kind occasion. The evening will begin with a sit-down dinner and end with dancing the night away.
Playing for our anniversary dance will be the high-energy rhythmic party band “Downtown Blues”. Together since 1987, the Fredericton’s River Jam describes the band;
“New Brunswick’s Premier Party band…..this wild and energetic front line, backed by a rock-solid rhythm section, this 10-piece Band loves to put out for the crowd, especially those who like to sing and dance.”
Tickets are on sale now at various locations in the county and in Hartland at Hartland’s Town Hall, Value Foods, Nevers’ Pharmacy, Hartland Freshmart, and committee members Doris Kennedy, Shirley Dickinson, and Daphne Stokoe.
